About Navic
Navic is a mobile music client for a Navidrome server. It supports most of the Subsonic API, providing access to a server-hosted music library. The app can synchronize the full library locally and download songs for offline playback. Playback controls appear on the lock screen and in quick settings, making it possible to manage listening without reopening the app. The interface is customizable and designed to remain lightweight. Navic is available for Android and iOS and is described as having minimal permissions, no telemetry, and no analytics. A Navidrome server is needed to provide the music collection, while locally synchronized and downloaded tracks remain available offline.
