About nazar-tray
nazar-tray displays usage for Claude Code and Codex in the Windows system tray. It shows the percentage used in five-hour and weekly windows and indicates when those windows reset. The tray icon changes color as usage rises and can issue a warning before a limit is reached. This gives users a compact way to monitor usage while working without repeatedly opening each tool's status view. By default, the application reads local usage files and does not contact a network service. An optional detailed mode retrieves model-specific weekly windows from a usage endpoint, using a sign-in token in memory for the request. The tool stores usage figures locally without storing the token or account identifier, according to its description. It is intended for users who want to track usage windows for these coding assistants; the displayed figures depend on the underlying usage data and service endpoint.
