About NI
NI is a small Android utility that looks up a title in an online movie database from a shared link. When a user shares a title from a streaming app and chooses NI, the app opens the corresponding lookup in a browser or in the database’s installed app. NI is intended to make it easier to move from a title listing to information about that title. The available description does not specify how matching works, which other streaming sources are supported, or whether it handles ambiguous titles. Its function is a focused share-target lookup rather than a streaming player or general media catalog.
