About NK2Edit
NK2Edit manages the autocomplete records used by a desktop email client when suggesting addresses or names while composing a message. It can edit, add, merge, delete, and repair records stored in NK2 files. This is useful when an outdated suggestion is incorrect, an unwanted address should be removed, or a list needs to be combined with another one. The utility works with the stored autocomplete data rather than changing the email account or message history. Its purpose is to give users control over suggestions that the email client builds from prior activity. Changes affect the address and name suggestions available during composition, so the resulting list depends on the records saved in the file.
