About Noor Connect

Noor Connect is an Android app that combines Quran reading, prayer tools, habit tracking, and an Islamic reference library. Its Quran section includes translations and commentary editions that can be accessed offline, along with background audio recitation. Home screen widgets can show a prayer countdown, daily verse or hadith, reading progress, or an interactive tasbeeh counter. The app includes prayer-time calculations with Hanafi and Shafi’i methods, configurable Adhan audio, and a Qibla compass. Other tools include a menstrual tracker, calculators for Zakat and Fitrana, supplications, a collection of hadith, quizzes, Eid checklists, and a ledger for missed prayers. Users can track habits and mood-based reflections, and watch live broadcasts from Makkah and Madinah. Personal records, charts, and habits are stored locally, with backup and restore available. Noor Connect is open-source software and states that it has no analytics or tracking. Its broad set of reading, worship, and personal tracking features is designed to bring daily religious references and reminders into one app.
