About Paperless Mobile
Paperless Mobile is an Android client for viewing and managing documents in a Paperless-NGX server. It can search and browse documents, add new items, edit or delete existing ones, and preview, download, print, or share files. Users can also manage correspondents, document types, tags, and storage paths from the app. The app supports scanning documents and uploading them with preset metadata such as correspondent, document type, tags, and creation date. A dedicated inbox view helps review and process recently added documents. Biometric authentication can be enabled to protect access, and client certificates are supported for mutual TLS connections. Users can switch between multiple accounts and server instances. Paperless Mobile depends on an accessible Paperless-NGX server and does not function as a standalone document archive. Its mobile interface brings common document retrieval, organization, and upload tasks to a phone. The app uses a Material 3 design, supports light and dark themes, and offers dynamic color on Android 12 or newer. Listed interface languages include English, German, French, Spanish, Catalan, Polish, Czech, Russian, and Turkish.
