About PhotoChiotte
PhotoChiotte is a media gallery and comic reader designed to browse large collections stored on a device or on an online media server. It can display media while browsing and provides a visual directory view for jumping directly to items in a large collection. A split-screen layout supports viewing two areas at once, including comparing pictures, drawing, playing videos or minigames, and reading comics. It can also open pictures directly from archives and create collections and favorites. The app includes tools for resizing, cropping, and filtering pictures and videos, drawing and annotating images with stylus support, slideshows, and a comic-reading mode. It can use an optional video player, play background music, and create puzzles and other minigames from the user’s pictures. Animated wallpapers and lock screens can use a selected set of images. For online collections, users can browse and manage media on a self-hosted web server and upload selected items from the app. The description also lists picture browsing within forums and support for Android TV, Wear OS watches, ChromeOS, and Android Auto. File management permissions on Android are described as being used to copy, move, and delete selections. The description also lists root screenshot and screen-recording commands among its advanced functions.
