About PhotoSwooper
PhotoSwooper is an Android utility for sorting through large collections of photos and videos using a swipe-based interface. Users review items one at a time in a format compared to browsing dating profiles, deciding what to keep or remove. The app includes an undo button and lets users review the items they swiped before deleting them, providing a chance to check decisions before files are removed. An information drawer shows details about the current media, and statistics summarize activity. A range of preferences can be customized, and the app is described as having no ads. PhotoSwooper is intended to make photo and video cleanup more interactive than browsing a conventional file list. Because the workflow can lead to deletion, its review and undo controls are useful parts of the process. The supplied description does not specify how files are selected for review, whether albums can be excluded, or whether deleted items can be recovered after removal.
