About PinDroid
PinDroid is an Android client for a bookmark management service. Users can save pages from a browser’s share menu, then add, view, edit, or delete bookmarks in the app. Bookmark titles, tags, and notes can be searched globally or from within the app, helping users find saved pages later. Bookmarks synchronize in the background with the online service and are cached locally for offline viewing and reduced network use. Multiple accounts are supported and managed through Android’s account system. A home screen widget provides quick access to several bookmark activities, and the app is available in multiple languages. PinDroid requires an account with the compatible bookmark service; it is not a standalone local bookmark library. It is intended for people who want to save links from other apps and access the same organized collection across devices, with offline access to cached bookmarks.
