About PiPixiv
PiPixiv is an Android client for browsing illustrations on an online art platform. Users can sign in to view recommended illustrations on the home page, search for artwork, and sort search results by popularity or recency. Each illustration has a detail view that can also lead to related recommendations, making it possible to explore further work from a search or a selected image. Users can bookmark illustrations and follow artists to keep track of work they want to revisit. Long-pressing an image allows the original illustration to be downloaded to the device. These features combine browsing, search, artist discovery, and saving in a mobile interface. PiPixiv is intended for users of the supported illustration service who want to browse and manage artwork from Android. Signing in is part of the described workflow for accessing recommendations and personal bookmarks or followed artists. The app serves as a third-party client rather than a general image gallery or drawing tool.
