About Plus Plus Battery
Plus Plus Battery is a battery-monitoring app designed for recent OnePlus, Oppo, and Realme phones, with support also described for many recent Android Open Source Project-based systems. Its live dashboard shows charge level, voltage, current, and charging or discharging power, and can run without root. A persistent notification can display selected battery metrics. The app estimates full-charge capacity without root only when the battery is at 100% and current has reached zero milliamps. It records daily cycle counts in a local database when the app is opened and presents their trend over time. With root access, it can read additional battery values such as remaining capacity, full-charge capacity, state of health, serial number, manufacturing date, and other device-specific information. Root users can also configure paths and labels for generic battery data exposed by the system. Experimental log-based readings support only some models and software versions. Plus Plus Battery has no internet permission, ads, or trackers. Root access unlocks advanced readings but is optional; a continuous notification may require disabling battery optimization, and some devices need auto-launch enabled. The evidence describes the capacity and health figures as estimates or device readings, not as a substitute for manufacturer diagnostics.
