About Prayer Time Muter
Prayer Time Muter automatically silences an Android phone around prayer times. Users can set a different mute offset for each prayer, choosing how long before or after a scheduled time the phone should be silenced. Friday noon can have its own custom offset. The app offers silent mode or silent with vibration, depending on how the user wants the phone to behave. It also supports an offline cache for prayer times, so previously available timing information can be used without a current connection. Its prayer-time calculations are described as compatible with a named national method. Prayer Time Muter is intended for users who want their phone’s sound behavior to change automatically around prayer. The per-prayer and Friday settings let the schedule fit different routines, while cached times support use when offline.
