About Queens
Queens is a crown-placement logic puzzle played on a grid divided into colored regions. The player must place exactly one queen in every row, every column, and every colored region. Queens also cannot touch one another diagonally, so the solution must satisfy the region and line constraints while keeping every placement separated. The game includes more than 150 structured progression levels, with boards scaling up to 16 by 16. It also generates random puzzles with sizes from 5 by 5 through 9 by 9, providing a repeatable challenge outside the structured sequence. Progress is saved locally, and the game works offline without an internet permission. Queens is described as having no ads, analytics, tracking, or data collection. Its core appeal is deduction: each placement affects which cells remain possible across a row, column, and region, while the no-touching rule adds another constraint. The structured and generated modes provide different ways to practice the same logic.
