About Quiet Rebellion
Quiet Rebellion controls Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (2nd Gen) over Bluetooth. It supports noise-control levels, Wind Block, spatial-audio modes, and a three-band equalizer for bass, midrange, and treble. Users can select listening modes, save up to seven custom mode slots, and mark favorite modes for quick switching. The app also manages multipoint connections, switches the active audio source between paired devices, and can put the headphones into pairing mode. Device settings include auto play/pause, auto-answer calls, renaming, and powering off. A persistent notification keeps the Bluetooth connection active in the background and provides controls for noise cancellation, mode changes, and power. Quiet Rebellion requires Android 8.0 or later and headphones that have already been paired in Android Bluetooth settings. The manufacturer’s app must not be running at the same time because both apps use the same Bluetooth communication channel. Communication is local over Bluetooth; the app says it has no network access, accounts, or analytics. Self Voice Persistence is marked experimental.
