About RakuRaku IME
RakuRaku IME is a keyboard for typing Traditional Chinese using the EZ Input Method’s shape-based radical system. As users enter radicals, a live candidate bar and prefix search help find the intended characters and phrases. The dictionary is included with the app, so setup does not require an initial download. English word prediction is also available. The keyboard includes phrase-composition rules, an emoji panel, and a dialer-style number pad. In landscape orientation it can split into two sections; users can adjust keyboard height and optionally enable keypress vibration. The interface supports Traditional Chinese and English, with Material You theming on newer Android versions and an alternative theme on older versions. RakuRaku works offline and states that keystrokes are not sent over a network.
