About Roboyard
Roboyard is an Android puzzle game in which the player guides one robot to a target across a yard divided by hedges. The player controls four robots, which slide until they hit a hedge or another robot. The challenge is to use the positions of all four robots to bring the selected one to its destination in as few moves as possible. An automatic solver can provide hints and show an optimal solution, giving players a way to learn from a puzzle or check their own approach. The game supports English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Brazilian Portuguese. It is open source and designed to be fully playable with screen-reader accessibility features. Roboyard turns a spatial planning puzzle into a sequence of coordinated robot moves, with the solver and hints available when needed. The app is designed for both independent problem-solving and accessible play.
