About Sound Recorder Plus
Sound Recorder Plus is an Android app for making and managing audio recordings. Its basic workflow is direct: start a recording, stop when finished, and then manage the saved audio from within the app. Recording quality is set high by default, and users can adjust the bitrate and sample rate when they want to tune the output. These controls make it suitable both for quick voice notes and for recordings where the audio settings need closer attention. The app is based on Sound Recorder and describes improvements for newer Android versions, right-to-left language layouts, and default recording quality. It requires Android 7.0 or later. Its persistence feature is intended to keep recordings available even after the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared, which distinguishes saved recordings from data that exists only in the app’s ordinary storage. The combination of a simple record-and-stop flow, in-app recording management, and adjustable technical settings gives the app a basic recorder workflow with some control over recording output.
