About Swap
Swap turns an Android device into a local file server that other devices can access through a web browser on the same Wi-Fi network. The browser interface can browse files, search and sort them, download selected items or ZIP archives, and upload files with drag and drop. Downloads can be queued, and filenames with Unicode characters are supported. Users can optionally protect files with a password. The server runs locally on the phone, and transfers take place directly between devices on the network rather than through a cloud service. Swap is intended for moving files between Android and another device that can open a browser, with no dedicated client app required on the receiving side.
