About SwiftLaw CLI
SwiftLaw CLI is a terminal-based AI assistant for drafting, editing, and redlining fund-formation documents. It is designed for legal professionals working with this specialized document type and provides document-oriented assistance from the command line. The application is distributed as a self-contained binary and does not require Node.js, Python, API keys, or cloud infrastructure credentials from the user. It authenticates with a personal CLI token, and inference is handled through the service backend. This makes its operating model different from a locally running language model. SwiftLaw CLI is intended for legal workflows around fund-formation documents. It supports drafting and editing with an AI agent and can produce redlines. The service connection means document content is processed through the provider’s backend.
