About Syncthing-Fork
Syncthing-Fork is an Android wrapper for the Syncthing file-synchronization system. It provides an Android interface for managing devices and folders and makes synchronization status easier to inspect. The app shows folder, device, and overall progress, explains why synchronization is or is not running, and lists recent changes that can be opened from the interface. Users can set synchronization conditions for individual devices and folders, or schedule syncing hourly to reduce battery use. Device and folder settings can be changed even when the sync engine is stopped. Nearby devices can be discovered on the same network and added from the app. Two-way synchronization on external SD cards is supported on Android 11 and later. Syncthing-Fork is intended for people who want to synchronize files directly between their own devices rather than rely on a conventional cloud drive. It is a wrapper, so the synchronization engine and participating devices must be configured.
