About SyncthingPause
SyncthingPause is a Windows system-tray companion for pausing and resuming Syncthing. Its main purpose is to let users pause synchronization when they need to conserve bandwidth, then resume it from a tray menu when normal syncing can continue. The application supports pausing all synchronization or selecting individual folders and devices. It can automatically pause on public Wi-Fi using Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), and its tray icon indicates a partial pause state. The interface has a dark theme, and releases can be updated from within the application with SHA-256 verification. SyncthingPause runs Syncthing hidden in the background and exposes its state through a configurable tray icon and context menu. It is distributed as a self-contained Windows executable. The evidence describes controls for pausing Syncthing rather than managing the full range of its synchronization settings.
