About Tastatur-Umschalter
Tastatur-Umschalter helps users switch between installed Android keyboards. It provides several ways to open the system keyboard selector: a floating button, a shortcut, a Quick Settings tile, or a notification. This can be useful when the operating system or device keyboard does not make switching methods easy to reach. The app is a keyboard selection helper; it does not provide a keyboard or change how an input method works. The supplied description notes that Android versions from Lollipop onward may already allow keyboard switching with a long press on the space bar, and system notifications may also provide a switch. In those cases, the app may be unnecessary. Tastatur-Umschalter is open source and ad-free. Its role is limited to opening the system interface for choosing another keyboard through a convenient control.
