About Tdarr
Tdarr Node is a processing component for a Tdarr media-automation system. It connects to a Tdarr server and performs assigned media work, including file health checks and transcoding tasks. The server coordinates jobs, while the node provides processing capacity. This setup is useful when media-processing work needs to be distributed across one or more machines. Nodes can carry out tasks assigned by the server rather than managing the media workflow independently. Tdarr Node is intended for users running Tdarr and additional processing workers. It requires a reachable Tdarr server and depends on the media files, codecs, and job settings provided by that system.
