Temp. monitor

Temp. monitor displays and records temperatures reported by an Android device’s hardware sensors.

About Temp. monitor

Temp. monitor displays and records temperatures reported by an Android device’s hardware sensors. It can read from the system thermal interface and from Android’s battery temperature API. Users can choose how often the current readings are sampled, from every 0.1 seconds to every 10 seconds. For longer observation, the app can log temperature values at intervals ranging from one to 60 minutes. Logs can be exported as CSV for review or analysis in another application. This makes the app useful for checking temperature changes over time, rather than only viewing a single current reading. The available sensors and reported values depend on the device. Temp. monitor displays readings exposed by the system; the supplied information does not specify which components will be available on every model or how thermal values map to individual hardware parts.
