About TermCanvas
TermCanvas is a desktop application for managing terminals on an infinite spatial canvas. Instead of organizing command sessions only in tabs or split panes, users can arrange terminal windows across a large surface, move them, and zoom in or out to focus on a particular area or see the overall layout. The application organizes work in a Project → Worktree → Terminal hierarchy. It detects a project’s Git worktrees automatically, and creating a worktree from a terminal makes it appear on the canvas. This connects the visual workspace to a developer’s project and branch structure, helping keep command sessions associated with the code they serve. TermCanvas is intended for developers who work with several terminals and Git worktrees at once. The evidence does not specify supported shells, terminal profiles, or operating systems beyond the product record’s Windows entry. Its distinctive workflow is spatial organization of terminals, projects, and worktrees rather than tab-based session management.
