About Tome
Tome is a desktop client for working with large language models and MCP servers. It can connect to local or remote models and link them with MCP servers, which provide tools and other capabilities that a model can use. This lets users assemble a workspace where a model can interact with connected tools, with the choice of model and server determined by the user's setup. Tome supports a local configuration using local models and local MCP servers, as well as arrangements that use remote services. The desktop application is intended to make these connections available through a single interface. Tome is a configurable desktop client for bringing language models and MCP-based tools together.
