About Victoria Launcher
Victoria Launcher is a minimal Android home screen built around a short list of favorites and an alphabetical list of all other apps. The favorite area contains only what the user places there. Swiping in from the screen edge opens the app list, where an A–Z strip can jump directly to a letter. Favorites can be individual apps, folders, or frequently opened apps that the launcher keeps available. A clock and date widget are included, and Android widgets can be added. Users can adjust the layout and alignment, icon pack, icon and text size, spacing, font, and colors. A settings search helps find a particular option. The app list can include an optional search box, and icons can show notification counts. Optional Now Playing controls provide access to current media, while individual apps can be renamed, assigned different icons, or hidden. Victoria Launcher automatically picks up work-profile apps and supports Android 15 Private Space. It does not require network access and is described as having no ads or tracking. The product is an open-source, list-based launcher. Its design is useful for people who prefer a compact home screen and predictable alphabetical navigation over a page of app icons or widgets. Favorites give quick access to selected apps, while the edge-swipe app list keeps the rest available without crowding the main screen.
