About Vordr
Vordr is an offline password manager for Windows that stores its vault in a local encrypted file. It is distributed as a single executable and does not require an installer, a .NET runtime, or a C runtime. The application keeps the vault on the user's computer and does not open a network connection. This local design makes the password store available without an online account or cloud service. Its compact executable can be run directly without installing a supporting runtime. Vordr is intended for Windows users who want a password manager that works offline and stores data locally. Its main purpose is to protect and manage passwords in an encrypted vault on the computer.
