About Webby Images Downloader
Webby Images Downloader collects images from a web page and lets the user choose which ones to save. A page address can be shared to the app from a browser or pasted into its URL field. The app scans for images and displays them in a numbered grid in the order they appear on the page. Users can select individual images or select all, then download the chosen files in one batch. The scanner supports standard image elements, lazy-loaded image attributes, responsive image sources, and preview images declared in page metadata. Downloads use Android’s download manager and continue if the user leaves the app; a notification reports when a batch finishes and how many files failed. A built-in full-screen viewer supports swiping between images, pinch zoom, double-tap, and quick-scale gestures. Light and dark themes are included. The app accesses the page address entered by the user and the image files it finds. It supports ordinary HTTP pages as well as HTTPS, which can be useful for pages hosted on a local network. Its interface is available in English and Japanese. Webby Images Downloader is intended for selecting and saving a group of images from a page, rather than browsing the web generally or downloading every file indiscriminately.
