About xvii messenger for vk
xvii messenger is an Android messaging client for the VK social network. It focuses on direct communication and omits the social feed, stories, walls, likes, and short-video features. The app adds secret chats, customizable appearance, stealth features, support for multiple accounts, and scheduled or self-destructing messages. An event journal records relevant activity, while the product description says the app has no ads or trackers. xvii is intended for users who want to use the messaging portion of the social service without its broader content feed. It requires an account with the connected service to access messages. Its scope stays on messages and messaging tools instead of feed and story content.
