About Yumi Co. Radio
Yumi Co. Radio streams a 24-hour station focused on Future Funk, City Pop, Nu Disco, and Vaporwave. The native player supports background and lock-screen playback, with controls from notifications, headsets, and Bluetooth devices. The app shows the current song’s artwork, artist, and title, and lets listeners browse recently played tracks and the station schedule. Users can select stream quality, use a ten-band equalizer, set a sleep timer, and share the currently playing track. A live chat lets listeners talk with other users and hosts, send private messages, use emotes, and share images or files. An account is not required to listen; accounts enable file uploads in live chat and vote synchronization across devices. Android Auto support lets users start the stream and see current track information from the car interface. The app uses a retro Windows 9x-inspired visual style. Yumi Co. Radio is described as ad-free, open source, and free of analytics and tracking.
