About Zirkeltraining (PFA)
Zirkeltraining (PFA) guides circuit-training workouts with configurable timers for exercise and rest periods. Users can build exercise sets from their own activities, attach images, and repeat a set for a chosen number of rounds. During a workout, animations and sound can be enabled or disabled. Longer breaks between exercises can be configured through block periodization, which separates a session into training cycles. The app can send motivational reminders at selected times with customizable notification text. Workout history can record time spent exercising and estimated calories, and users can enable or delete that history. The app requires no permissions; images are selected through Android’s gallery interface. It combines interval timing, custom exercise sequences, reminders, and optional training records.
