About Builder
GNOME Builder is an integrated development environment for creating applications, with strong support for GNOME technologies. It includes syntax highlighting, code snippets, side-by-side editors, a code overview, and Git integration. Language-aware assistance provides completion, semantic highlighting, diagnostics, and automatic indentation for several programming languages. The environment also includes a debugger and profiler for native applications, a TODO viewer, and fast search across files and symbols. It integrates with a range of build systems and supports live preview for HTML, Markdown, and reStructuredText. Optional editing modes emulate familiar editor styles. Builder combines code editing, project navigation, building, debugging, and profiling in one environment for application development.
