About Caffeine Health
Caffeine Health is an offline Android tracker for monitoring caffeine intake and estimating how it may affect sleep. Users log drinks from a catalog of coffee, tea, energy drinks, and soda, then view an estimated caffeine level over a 24-hour curve. Individual drink entries can be edited, duplicated, or deleted, and detail sheets show each drink’s contribution over time. The app personalizes its estimates using information such as age, weight, smoking status, alcohol intake, and medicines that inhibit the CYP1A2 enzyme. A one-compartment oral pharmacokinetic model estimates caffeine half-life, and a sleep forecast shows whether logged caffeine may still be active around the user’s bedtime. The display includes drink markers and supports dynamic colors, dark mode, and haptic feedback. Caffeine Health is intended to help users review their logged intake and understand how the app’s model estimates its persistence through the day. It works offline and has no account, ads, tracking, or analytics. The product description identifies the curve as a pharmacokinetic estimate rather than a direct measurement of caffeine in the body.
