About Cookie Extractor
Cookie Extractor is an Android developer utility for obtaining session cookies after signing in manually to a website in its built-in browser. Once logged in, the user can extract cookies for the currently loaded domain and send them through Android’s sharing interface, for example to use in a command-line request or script. The app reads cookies from its own embedded browser only; it does not require root access or read cookies from other apps. The browser includes an address bar and supports ordinary sign-in flows involving passwords, two-factor codes, one-time passwords, and many single sign-on redirects. Passkeys for third-party sites are not supported in the embedded browser. Non-HTTP OAuth redirects can be captured and shared as a single line. Users can create a share template with placeholders for the extracted data and page details, and bookmark pages while retaining the URL they originally entered. A session monitor can watch a state document on a user’s own gateway and issue a notification when login expires. An optional, token-protected debug interface can programmatically navigate, read page text and cookies, and fill or submit forms; it is off by default. Extracted cookies are session credentials that may grant access to an account, so the product explicitly advises sharing them only through trusted channels. This is a specialized testing and development tool, not a general cookie viewer or a way to access browser sessions from other apps.
