About Formulus
Formulus is a mobile client for collecting structured data through forms defined by an organization. Forms and application logic are prepared externally using the JSONForms specification, so one installation can support different collection projects without requiring an app update. It supports complex data structures and validation, and is designed to work offline in the field. When a connection is available, Formulus synchronizes data in both directions with an ODE Synkronus server. Organizations use that server to host forms, manage users, and receive submitted data. The app is intended for research, public health monitoring, environmental studies, and other field projects where reliable data entry is needed under difficult connectivity conditions. It depends on access to a compatible server for project configuration and synchronization.
