g8: Lieferschein, Rechnung is an offline-first invoicing app for small businesses and independent workers. It can create quotes, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, and corrective invoices, and can turn an existing quote or delivery note into an invoice without re-entering the information. Users can track overdue invoices, send reminders, tag documents, and mark payments. The app supports prices with or without tax, custom VAT rates, different units, and customer-specific product prices. Multiple businesses can be managed separately. Invoices can be customized with a logo, terms, payment methods, references, descriptions, and document fonts, then shared by email or messaging or printed. Electronic document exports include PDF and structured e-invoice formats. The app is configurable, allowing features to be enabled or disabled, and data stays on the device according to its description. It is designed for managing routine sales documents and payment follow-up without a cloud account for basic use.
