About GitNex for Forgejo and Gitea
GitNex is an Android client for managing repositories and project work on compatible Forgejo or Gitea servers. It supports multiple accounts and can browse repositories, files, and directories, with a viewer for file contents. Users can create and manage issues, pull requests, wikis, milestones, releases, and labels, as well as review commits and notifications. The app supports Markdown and emoji, offers repository and user discovery, and includes themes and extensive settings. Self-signed certificates are supported, which can be useful when connecting to a privately hosted server. GitNex brings common repository and collaboration tasks to Android, while the server remains the source of project data and access controls.
