About GymMane
GymMane is an offline strength-training log designed for use during workouts. Users can select target muscles on a front-and-back body map, follow or edit a session, and record repetitions and weight set by set. It supports warm-up, working, drop, and failure sets, calculates plates per side, and provides a rest timer with a customizable alarm. Routines can be grouped, scheduled by weekday, and adjusted for the equipment available at different locations. Progress views include training volume, streaks, weekly goals, personal records, activity history, strength curves with estimated one-rep max values, and recent muscle-group balance. The app includes more than 500 exercises with animations and instructions, along with search, filters, favorites, and custom exercises. Users can track body measurements, weight, and progress photos, or use a muscle map instead of photos. GymMane stores training data locally and has no internet permission. It can export CSV or ZIP backups, import histories from other logs, and export workouts as FIT files. It is a training log and planning tool, not a medical device or source of diagnosis or treatment.
