Habits is an Android app for recording routines and seeing how consistently you follow them. It lets you create daily or weekly habits, then mark an item complete from a Today view when it is due. This straightforward check-off flow is suited to recurring activities that happen on different schedules, such as exercising several times a week or practicing an instrument on a particular day. The app calculates a score for each habit to help show whether your progress is keeping pace with your goal. A logbook presents earlier activity across past months, giving you a longer view than the current day’s checklist. Together, the score and history make it possible to review both recent completion and patterns over time. Habits is designed around quick, repeated use: due items can be completed directly, while the history provides a place to look back. Its interface includes animations and follows Material Design, with dynamic color theming and light and dark appearances described as part of its presentation. The app can be used without an internet connection, and its supplied description says that information stays on the device. It is presented as free to use, without in-app purchases or subscriptions.
