About HabsGleich
HabsGleich is a diary app with a memory exercise intended to track changes in a user’s recall over time. Users record short personal “adventures” in the diary on a roughly daily basis, ideally keeping the writing style and time between entries reasonably consistent. After a period of use, the app selects past entries for memory tests. The tests adapt to the user’s performance, and results are combined into a single “mind index.” The app displays this index over time on a statistics page, offering a personal trend rather than a comparison with standardized test results. Diary entries can be searched, edited, or deleted. HabsGleich is described as avoiding external standard tests and keeping sensitive information off third-party servers. Its purpose is personal journaling and observing changes in recall through repeated, self-generated material. The index is an app-specific measure and should not be treated as a clinical assessment of memory or cognitive health.
