About ICSx⁵
ICSx⁵ lets users subscribe to and manage web-based or local iCalendar files on Android. It can subscribe to Webcal feeds that refresh periodically, as well as local ICS files. Webcal and secure Webcal links can be opened from a browser, and imported events are made available to the device’s preferred calendar app. Users can choose a synchronization schedule, and an update checker is designed to reduce unnecessary data use. Authentication and HTTPS are supported. This makes ICSx⁵ useful for adding external schedules—such as holidays, school timetables, or sports fixtures—to an existing Android calendar without manually creating every event. The available information does not specify subscription limits or how conflicts with edited calendar events are handled. Its role is calendar-feed subscription and integration, not a full calendar editor.
