About Kolab Notes

Kolab Notes is a note-taking app for creating and organizing notes locally, with optional synchronization through Kolab or IMAP servers. Notes can be arranged into notebooks and tagged, and users can edit each note’s classification and color. The editor supports formatted text and inline images. Tags can also be edited and color-coded, while shared notebooks allow notes to be used collaboratively when enabled for an account. Two widgets provide access from the home screen: one displays a selected note’s summary and description, and another shows a configurable list of notes. Kolab Notes combines local note creation with optional server sync, so users can start with notes stored on the device and connect an account when they want to synchronize them.
