About Lass es!

Lass es! is a reverse to-do list for tracking habits a user wants to avoid. Instead of writing tasks to complete, users add vices or behaviors they want to resist. Entries can be created from the home screen, organized with labels, and expanded with notes—for example, by recording a healthier alternative to a habit they are trying to change. When a user gives in to a listed habit, they can cross it off. The item then moves to a “Done” list for that day, and the next morning the active list starts fresh. This daily reset keeps the focus on what the user wants to avoid today rather than accumulating a permanent backlog of missed tasks. A log provides a broader view of progress, including overall success rates and which habits were most difficult over periods such as a week, month, or year. The app is a personal tracking and reflection tool; it does not claim to diagnose or treat a health condition. Its labels, notes, daily list, and longer-term log are designed to help users notice patterns and work toward changes at their own pace.
