About Mather
Mather is an expression-based calculator and computation engine. In addition to ordinary arithmetic, it evaluates complex expressions, supports variables and user-defined functions, and provides mathematical constants such as pi. It includes trigonometric functions, complex numbers, and matrices, making it useful for calculations that go beyond a standard four-function calculator. Mather can also convert units and perform arithmetic with units, so values can be converted or combined as part of an expression. These functions support calculations involving multiple terms, non-real values, or measurement units. The interface is designed around entering an expression and evaluating it, bringing calculation, variable definitions, and unit handling into a single tool.
