About MinCal Widget
MinCal Widget is a resizable Android calendar widget that keeps the current month in view. It displays events from the device’s calendars, assigning symbols to event entries; when there are too many events for the symbol set to distinguish, it uses a generic symbol. The widget can be resized to a 3-by-2 layout and configured through the native widget settings or by tapping its upper-right corner. Users can customize the first day of the week, theme, symbol set and its color, transparency, text size, and whether week numbers appear. Tapping the rest of the widget opens the calendar application, connecting the compact monthly overview with the full calendar. MinCal Widget is useful for checking dates and upcoming calendar entries at a glance without leaving the home screen. Its description says it has no ads or payments. It is focused on displaying existing calendar events and does not claim to create or manage appointments itself.
