About Mood Cairns
Mood Cairns is an offline mood tracker with customizable scales, tags, and time windows. It includes scales for happiness, anxiety, stress, boredom, and pain, and users can create their own or archive ones they no longer need. Entries can be tagged with places, activities, people, or moods, using built-in or custom tags. Users can define prompt windows during the day, with one notification per window. Tapping a reminder opens the logging screen. History views and charts show trends for each scale over time. Data is encrypted on the device, and the app can be locked with a PIN or optional biometric unlock. Manual backups are encrypted and can be restored using the PIN. Mood Cairns has no network permission, account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Its records remain on the phone unless the user exports a backup and syncs it separately. It is a personal reflection tool, not a diagnostic or treatment app; recorded scales and trends should not be treated as clinical conclusions.
