About MyFastingApp
MyFastingApp tracks fasting sessions entirely offline. Users can choose a common fasting plan or set a custom duration, then follow an active-fast timer with progress and phase labels. Sessions can be edited after completion, and a history view with weekly, monthly, and yearly trends helps review patterns over time. Local reminders and progress milestones can support a routine, while an ongoing notification and home-screen widget keep the current session visible. The app also records weight in kilograms or pounds, supports a target weight, and displays a target projection. Data can be backed up or moved with JSON import and export, and fasting sessions can be exported as CSV. MyFastingApp does not require an account, cloud sync, or internet permission, and is described as having no ads or analytics.
