About Noty - Notes in Notification
Noty is an Android notes app that keeps selected notes visible as persistent notifications. A note can contain a title and optional description, and users can edit or delete it from the app or notification. Notes can be pinned to the notification shade or unpinned to keep them in the app without an active notification. A confirmation step helps prevent accidental deletion. A Quick Settings tile opens the add-note screen, and one-time reminders can be set for a date and time. Notes and reminders are restored after a phone restart, with a background service keeping pinned notifications active. Search can filter notes by title or description. Users can choose light, dark, or system themes, with dynamic colors available on newer Android versions. Noty stores notes locally and has no account, cloud connection, or network access. It is designed for reminders that should stay visible until completed, placing notes in the notification area users already check regularly. Notifications, startup access, background service, and exact alarms support those behaviors.
