About Padland
Padland is an Android app for organizing and opening collaborative documents. It can connect to Etherpad and CryptPad servers, allowing users to keep documents from different collaborative workspaces together in one app. Custom servers can be added, and documents can be arranged into groups for easier browsing. Users can sort and bulk-select documents, and a long press on the new-document button can import text from the clipboard. The app supports offline use, so previously available content can still be accessed when a connection is unavailable. Its database can be imported or exported, providing a way to back up or move the organized document list. Padland is intended as a lightweight companion for people who work with collaborative pads and want a single place to browse them. It supports connecting to servers and organizing documents, rather than providing a separate editor or hosting service of its own.
